    Default Crock pot Recipes

    I do a version of this, we are veggies so use ground round or you can use reg. ground beef or turkey or none at all. You can also use ricotta or mozzarella and can add other veggies. It's a really versatile dish and you can add leftovers that you have. I am gluten free and you can do hard corn tortillas you can get at Zehrs or soft flour tortillas.

    Chili... the most versatile dish on the planet. My oldest is veggie so we too use the lean ground round. Then we put in (whatever we happen to have lol) but generally corn, mixed beans, mushrooms (personally like the port. in there), red/ green peppers, tomato sauce, canned tomatoes (like the aylmers seasoned ones), onions, garlic, chili powder and whatever spices herbs you are partial too. Sometimes we will throw some mustard in there too The great thing about chili is you can substitute whatever you have on hand so an easy meal.

    I love this one:
    Chicken Tacos
    1lbs boneless skinless chicken breast (I usually only use 1/2lb and still it comes out great)
    1 packet taco seasoning (1/4 cup if you make your own)
    1 cup salsa
    dump into crockpot cook on low for 6/7 hours or high for 3/4 hours
    Shred the chicken about an hour or more before serving.
    30 minutes before serving add 1 cup sour cream stir.
    Angel chicken
    1lbs chicken breast
    1 block cream cheese
    drizzle of canola oil
    1/2 cup white wine (chicken broth works too)
    1/4 cup butter
    1 can golden mushroom soup (must be golden)
    1 packet of dry italian dressing mix.
    on high 4 hours or low 8 hours and then serve over angel hair pasta.

    Wow that's a great recipe! I don't know much about the recipe but I love to eat Crock Pot Beef
