Any good fertility clinics?
I had my tubes tied about 5 years ago and am ready to reverse the procedure (dh doesn't have kids and I have decided I am ready for more).
I am moving to Kitchener at the end of the month and I was wondering if there are any good doctors that you could recommend for this surgery?

Dr McQuaig is wonderful and so is Dr Oliver, (very knowledgable).
McQuaig is partnered in a fertility clinic called KARMA-which my husband and I worked with for a couple of years.

If you're willing to drive, I am currently going to SOFT in London with Dr. Martin. My OB here, Dr. Shannon, highly recommended him.

Thanks everyone. I had an appointment with Dr Oliver and she tried to talk me out of getting my tubal reversed due to the cost (maybe she was having a bad day??). I will try the other doctor mentioned, I am hoping to get it done asap. The price for the surgery is much more down here though!

I would see Dr. McQuaig before Dr. Oliver!!! I've had both Dr's and hands down Dr. M is better. She's apart of a fertility practice but it's actually Dr. Campanaro who's the fertility specialist. Dr. M is just an OB/Gyn. The clinic is called KARMA and it's on Pine St (across from Grand River Hospital). I was a patient of Dr. C when I conceived DD1 and while Dr. C is hard to a read on (she's very quiet and doesn't interact much) she is thorough and knows what she's doing.
I've had a few encounters with Dr. Oliver and her bedside manner can brutal (i.e. no tact, leaves out medical details, etc).Nicole...Mama to her little M & M's
