    Default My 90 Day Challenge

    Hello all!
    There are some awesome ladies doing some awesome things in this community!
    I love the 30 day challenge that you have all created! That is fantastic!

    I am very proud to be starting my second 90 Day Challenge! I am ramping this one up to get my fitness level back to where it was before I had my daughter.

    My fitness goal is to: go to bootcamp twice a week, do strength training three times a week and do 250 sit ups four times a week!

    I have a time line started where I post daily updates and video journals (only one so far starring my daughter and myself. The timeline is found at:

    My wife is working in best online paper writing service and because of this, she don't have time to make herself fit after pregnancy.
