"Barefoot" running is completely different than regular running. You have to learn to ball strike (instead of heel strike) which takes time and patience. You re-learn how to walk, even! I looove...

For a VBAC, the recommendation is 2 years between births. Some caregivers won't even "allow" you to try a VBAC unless you've got 24 months between birth-days.
